Step 1. Contact Us
The first step is to fill in our contact form. We will give you a call back to introduce ourselves and gather some initial information about yourself and your requirements. After this conversation, we will schedule a time for a face-to-face meeting for a compatibility check.
Step 2. Compatibility Check
Next, we’ll meet with you face-to-face to further discuss your needs, and what Right Housemate can do for you. We will also complete a compatibility check to find out more about you as a person and ensure that you will fit in with our existing housemates.
Step 3. Viewings
Once we decide if you will be a compatible candidate for a room in one of our houses, we can start arranging viewings. Even if there’s only one room you’re interested in, we recommend you view a couple of rooms so you can see a comparison. Fingers crossed, you may even get chance to meet your potential housemates!
Step 4. Reserve your room
Once you’ve made a decision about which room you would like, the next step is to reserve the room and take it off the market! Let us know, and we can start the process of collecting payment from you.
Step 5. Collect your keys!
After all of the required payments have been made and the paper work has been completed, it’s time to arrange to collect your keys! Then you can start enjoying being one of our Right Housemates.
